Seascape Condos South Padre Island UNIT 305

Seascape is located on the upper north end of the island on the Gulf side. Seascape Complex consist of two buildings 3 levels with 15 units in each building separated by a tropical courtyard. The courtyard has a hot tub, pool and a small children's pool. The spacious condos consist of 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms with fully equipped kitchens and washer and dryer. Due to the South Padre Island Fire Codes the maximum capacity is 6 guest and NO pets are allowed. These Condos have a patio/balcony overlooking the courtyard. Located approximately 150 yards from the two beach access to the Gulf. Walking distance to Wanna Wanna Beach Bar, restaurants, cinema, and entertainment establishments. This condo is on the 3rd floor and is a 3rd floor walk up. MUST BE 25 Yrs OLD TO RENT HERE. Because HomeAway does not collect the 17% city and local tax, that will be due in addition at the time of check in!!!! We have no elevators at this property

Perfect End of Summer Stay

We had a wonderful stay at Seascape on South Padre Island. Check-in was simple, and the condo was quiet and cozy (3rd floor). It was well-maintained and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend visit.The location was perfect, just a short walk to Beach Access 19 and the Wanna Wanna. The gated courtyard and pool area were clean and peaceful, giving us a nice spot to unwind after a day at the beach. One thing to be aware of though, Polaris Dr. can get a bit crowded at times due to beach visitors parking along the street during the day, but it didn’t impact our overall experience.We really enjoyed our time here and definitely hope to stay at Seascape again! Many thanks!

2-3 minute walk to beach access

First the office manager was just awesome- being friendly goes a long way! It is a family friendly condominium three stories we stayed in the third-floor and it was not a problem going up and down. We walked 2 minutes to the beach access and right across the street is Wanna Wanna patio / beach front bar - very convenient and affordable location!

Relax weekend

Great location, walking distances a few mins to the beach. Leah is a great manger. She greeted and her welcome us. The condominium had everything just Incase if you had forgot something. I would recommend this location to my family and colleagues.

We really enjoyed the heated pool and meeting all the friendly residents at the pool area. A bit disappointed in the unit...the only outlet for bathroom vanity didn't work, mattress on queen bed in master bedroom was way too soft and saggy (couldn't sleep on it), and a small 30" TV screen in the main living space. The unit provided good space and nice flow in the living spaces...again, some simple updating would make this a fabulous stay.
