The pullout couch needed a new mattress other than that everything else was fine FYI they immediately wanted to switch me to a new room i personally decide it wasn't worth the move so great service and helpful!

We loved it was on the beach and that it was next door to a restaurant. Staff and security were friendly. There were too many noisy visitors. We were awaken to security banging on door about 4-6 doors over after people were throwing stuff and yelling. Security showed up. About 10 mins later, there were more people yelling and arguing . I probably woke up like 4 times with noise. And the bed was not even that comfortable to sleep in. On a positive note.. room was clean and had kitchen microwave, stove, fridge with dishes and utensils. Staff were super friendly and place was clean.

1st trip to south Padre Island

When we checked in I asked for 2 beds in one of our rooms which cost me an additional $78. And then we also paid an additional $15 cash for each person. The hotel is older with the range not connected and the dishwasher was out of service. Refrigerator worked. Hot tub was very hot and pool was very cold. The walk to the beach was ok. Overall it was adequate. During the reservation I was charged even though it was 2 months early and it was non refundable. I will not do that again.
