Everything was perfect up until our second night our AC drain pipe clogged and over flooded. We came home to water everywhere. We were able to get a hold of the landlord but was redirected to Expedia (since we booked with them) and they were both playing tag from there. After about an hour in a half (with 6 people in the home, at the island, in south texas) someone came out! Even then, THEY COULDNT FIX THE AC. We had to sleep in the heat and were very uncomfortable.
