No snacks no water nowhere to put our clothes we had to keep our clothes in our suitcases and the staff wasn't very friendly they wouldn't let us check out late check out when our flight was actually at 830 pm they couldn't even give us until noon when you can't check in till 3: 00pm anyways. I didn't understand that either I will never book that hotel again.
