The staff was great. The condos were furniture was in bad shape the linen smelled bad and were old. There was an ugly smell in the room and the elevator please try to get better funiture and wash the linens.

We love staying at the isla grand. We have always stayed there when we go to SPI. But this time there was a lot of mini ants in the restroom and the toilet easily got clogged.
