Upon check-in, we were told they needed to check if our room was ready—even though it was already 5:00 p.m. and check-in time was 4:00 p.m. From the start, the front desk staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming. We were also charged a resort fee that we had not been informed of in advance.
The service at the resort restaurant was equally disappointing. Our waiter was consistently rude and visibly annoyed, rolling his eyes whenever we requested something.
The room itself was outdated, the bathtub was dirty, and the biggest issue was the lack of housekeeping. We were told housekeeping only comes every other day, which meant we had no cleaning service during our stay. I even had to make the bed myself—definitely not what you expect on a vacation. To make matters worse, they said they would clean the room on the day of our checkout.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and we will not be returning—especially not for the high price we paid for such poor service.
