Everything was good with our stay except for the check inn was giving too late our room was giving after 5:30 pm.

Our check in time was delayed over TWO hours. We were refused a different room that was available because we booked through Expedia versus directly with the Resort. Because of this our groceries and ice/ice cream was ruined. The front staff refused to give me the bracelets to use the pool but I saw staff give bracelets to other guest to distribute to their party. My Mother's day celebration was incovienced by constant running back to the front desk to get bracelets and check in. I had to purchase a cabana at the beach 80$ so that my party could enjoy the water and have seats as we were stranded for hours in limbo without a room! We were refused late check out accommodations. Security at pool was combative aggressive towards my son and other young gentlemen at the pool. Security was caught illegally lurching our personal belongings at the pool area. The room was said to sleep six but did not have any blankets nor pillows for the sofa bed.

We ended up leaving after the first night. There are pros and cons to this property. We were in an older room and the bathtub was stained so we didn’t use it. We had ants in the room and the curtains were so difficult to open and close. The rooms could really use renovations. When the cleaners came in, they only do towels they do not make beds, etc.. We ate lunch at their restaurant overlooking the pool and the waiter seemed miserable but he also forgot to put in half of our food. We were asking questions about the buffet and he was so short and barely answered the questions. The pro’s are the pool area is nice and it’s right on the beach. Some of the staff are very nice and they gave me the courtesy of an early checkin which makes me wonder if that’s why I got the room I got. Overall like I said we ended up leaving after the first night and won’t be staying here again.

We had a nice stay at the hotel it was clean and the restaurant breakfast buffet was very good. The staff were friendly too. We were near good restaurants and shopping. The only problem was the pool towels were paper thin where you could see through them.

Since we got there they were rude at check in. Like they were making me a favor by checking us in. When I asked about the specifics and difference of what I had paid for and what I was getting one lady said: you get whatvis available and there's nothing we can do! She was in a bad mood. I will not likely return to this old overrated and expensive hotel in SPI.

The location is convenient, and has very easy parking. The pool area was very well maintain but the room was not Ocean view like they stated at the reservation. And also had roaches on the restroom.

The entertainment was good but wished it wasn’t mostly indoors at night. Food and beverage was expensive. Rooms are in need of updating and a good cleaning. Staff were friendly and prompt. The rooms shown in pictures were definitely not what we got!

I had requested a nice view of the beach due to celebrating 2 birthdays. Originally she told me the 5th floor then changed it to the 3rd. I was put in a room on the 3rd overlooking a very dirty roof. The room was not properly cleaned I found candy wrappers under the bed and in the closet. The room was warm at times with no way to adjust. The front desk advised hotel charge was 665.00 but I was charged 852.33 on Expedia.
