This beautifully remodeled condo is directly on the beach - walk down the stairs, and 20 paces to put your feet in the sand. You will be lulled to sleep by the the ocean, and gently awakened to the songs of the birds, the sounds of the ocean waves and the light of the sun as it rises over the Gulf of Mexico. Watch the sunrise while lounging in bed - The bedroom and living room each have sliding patio doors which open out onto a 20 foot balcony. The views from this 3rd floor unit are stunning. The kitchen features custom cabinets, granite counter tops, appliances including a dishwasher. The bathroom features granite countertops, custom cabinets and a tiled, walk-in shower. The living room has vaulted ceilings, computer station, flat screen TV with bluetooth speaker, and stunning views of the beach and ocean. The master bedroom has a king size bed, vaulted ceilings, in-room safe, and a flat screen TV. The complex also has 2 heated swimming pools, beautiful landscaping, free WI-FI and cable TV. Coin laundry facilities or use with phone app. Come relax in paradise!

What a wonderful place for a getaway! It’s by far my favorite spot now! Everything was just perfect! Condo is spotless, has everything from towels to utensils to beach supplies! And great host Karen! The check-in was super easy and Karen, the host, texted to make sure we had everything we need. The condo is beautiful and the views are amazing. The kitchen has everything you need even though we went out, it is nice to have a furnished kitchen. Karen, the host, supplies plenty of towels for the condo and the beach. The location is fantastic and we cannot wait to come again to the beautiful sunsets on the balcony of this condo.

This was an amazing beachfront condo. Nestled perfectly seaside overlooking Clayton’s Beach Pier. Such a spectacular view and the condo itself was very well kept with most everything needed for our 4 nights away from home! It was also close to good food, entertainment and souvenir shops. KIC’s Ice Cream was very refreshing.

Convenient Beach Access Condo

Great place to stay if you are looking for convenient access to and from the beach. Walking distance to next door Bar Louie and Claytons. We always enjoy the views & weekend fireworks from the Tiki Ocean Front Condos.

Amazing Vacation Spot

The view from this property is fantastic! We saw fireworks from our own private balcony on both Friday and Saturday nights. The view of the sunrise every morning was breathtaking! The absolute convenience of the condo to the beach was what made the whole experience at 10 plus! The rental of chairs and umbrella was easy! The Smiths were great hosts and answered all my questions and checked on us without being overbearing. The condo was fully stocked with kitchen equipment to beach equipment. They literally thought of everything to make one’s stay enjoyable. The Tiki maintenance and security teams were exceptional and friendly. The property is well-maintained. We are already talking about next year’s rental!!

Perfect anniversary get away

We loved everything about our stay. The view was amazing! We enjoyed walks on the beach. The party vibe during the fireworks provided an outlet to blow off some steam. The condo was clean and inviting. Karen was ready to help out if we needed anything.

Great location

It’s a great location. Sits on the beach. The condo faces the beach with a really nice, large balcony facing beach. We were able to sit and watch sunrise drinking our coffee. Condo is well equipped and clean. It is on 3rd floor with no elevator so need to be able to climb stairs but definitely worth every step. Host is easy to contact and reaches out to make sure all is well. Have booked again for next year. Older groups of people staying at property so very quiet. Nice pool, nice people to visit with and very pet friendly.

Beautiful but very rainy and cold

The condo was great. I would prefer some better lighting but that is a personal preference. The condo was nice and clean abs the kitchen was well stocked. The view was beautiful!
