This home is almost 3,000 square feet and features a ground floor living room, dining area, and fully stocked kitchen! Guests will love preparing family meals in the kitchen which has ample countertop space and cabinet storage. The bedrooms which are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors are tastefully decorated and are extremely spacious. Having plenty of room is not an issue in this large home! Ourvacation rental has an Xbox for families and friends to enjoy! Rental Guests can enjoy cocktails outside while sitting on the oversized 2nd floor balcony. The large pool area in the subdivision is a great place to cool off and catch some sun! The pool has a hot tub as well. Rental guests with multiple vehicles (4 maximum) have full use of the garage. The Villas of South Padre Subdivision offers private beach access leading directly to the beach and ocean! There is no need to drive or leave the neighborhood. The beach access is right there!
