I really liked the different pool options, the arcade room, the complimentary roll-out bed, and the courteous staff. However, I didn’t like the long commute to the front desk from Tower B when the key card deactivated.

When I first arrived and got check in my first room, my room had roaches. Then they moved to my second room it’s had roaches also. So I just decided to leave. My son booked the room for Mother’s Day for me. The hotel is processing my refund.

i really didnt like the smell of the back building. We stayed on the 2nd floor that 1st floor smelled like mold! however the breakfast was delicious. just the overall building wasnt what i expected. to what they charged per night. i do not plan staying here again.

There was mold everywhere. Very wet and humid inside the room. Needed the beds and pillows changed and still very humid. Mold in ceiling, walls, furniture. Very obvious that it is not well kept. They just try to paint over it but the mold seeped thru. Very disappointed.

Room towers look old and gloomy. Walkway to beach had many areas that were broken down. Pool area had trash flying around. Rented a 2 queen bed room but beds seemed more like full beds. Bathroom was extremely small.
