South Loop accommodation with pool

Very smooth check in, we had a great stay. Very helpful at the front not only at check in but with directions and help throughout the stay.

I really enjoyed the customer friendly atmosphere; From the beginning Eugene, got me started with onboard/Checking into my room following up with me daily on my 3 week stay. Manny the restaurant manager introduce the menu favorites and best rates applicable, along with brotherly conversation, and Arley my house keeping friend was so sweet and kind, that I did not want to leave!, But my question was How or why did I not receive any points or rewards for my extended stay?

My room was very nice the staff was very very nice and friendly. I will be back again. The breakfast nice as well. My grandson loves the pool that’s all he wanted to do

We needed to check in a little early and staff was very accommodating. Room was spacious and very clean. Pool was perfect for a little family time. Many restaurants available in walking distance and we felt safe during our walk to Gino’s! A must while visiting Chicago.

This is our second stay in this hotel, and we will continue to use it for our trips as long as the price is right and it has availability. We love the location! It is within walking distance to almost everything we want to do. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, and it has fantastic views of the lake and parts of downtown.
