South Loop accommodation with pool

Clean room, great position, but small room and bed not queen as reserved, old amenities. No fridge.

Great service, clean amenities, staff is helpful and service oriented. Home away from home.

It was extremely dusty as if no one had been in there for months. Went to the front desk to ask for washcloths since there weren’t any in our room and I was told someone was gonna bring them up. NO ONE CAME! There’s also no water fountains or ice on the floors, you’ll have to pay $3 for bottles. They are not worth it and extremely unprofessional.

I stay at the Congress quite often and my experience is always amazing. This time wasn't I arrived early therefore my room wasn't ready so I took what they had no knowing the condition of the room The tub was clogged so while showering the water was filling up the remote didn't work so we couldn't watch TV the air didn't work it was extremely hot in the room. No one answered when I called and no one was at the front desk. When I checked out I wrote everything down and passed it to the front desk agent and he bald it up in my face. Although this was a bad example it's only one out of many beautiful extremely It is a amazing hotel with a beautiful view of the lake and other attractions so I will be returning
