Great location and the staff was great. Hotel has had a facelift in the lobby but the rooms have not. Carpet needed to be vacuumed and there was no hot water. We got a corner room for the views and the windows have not been cleaned in a long time. It was ok, probably wouldn’t stay there again with other hotels being in the same price bracket.

I’ve been a loyal guest at this location since 2016 and was generally quite happy until the past few years. Since the pandemic, the hotel has become noticeably dingier and more run-down, and amenities like microwaves and refrigerators now appear to be paid upgrades rather than standard features. Each post-pandemic visit has brought a new, minor disappointment that has added up over time. This stay was especially impacted by extremely poor WiFi performance. Over a five-day business trip, download speeds averaged no more than 5 Mbps, making it impossible to complete any serious work. When raised with the front desk, the issue was dismissed because “no one else has said anything,” and no effort was made to investigate or resolve it. Unfortunately, I’ll likely begin looking for another hotel for my annual stay.
