Hotel was surprisingly nice. We had a studio apartment with a washer and dryer. That came in handy for our extended trip. Location was very convenient to the city and all the activities and dining. The only opportunity for improvement is that the mounted soap dispenser was adjacent to the electrical outlet. I could not use the plug along with my adaptor. Considering Queenstown is a tourist town and many people use adapters, they really need to reposition their soap dispenser by an inch or so.

Parking is awful here. Very limited. They won't tell you about this when you book the room. Only later do you find out it's a first come, first serve. If nothing is available you get to pay a lot for remote parking.

Great economical option with everything you need. Wonderful location.

I had a brilliant experience with an upgrade to runway view on Level 4. It was simply magic watching the sun set. Lovely staff member Adam at the front desk who was very welcoming.

Location is very convenient - close to everything. Plenty of on-street parking nearby (free between 5:00 pm and 9:00 am the following day). The only downside is the room was pretty small - we have difficulty opening our large suitcase and could only climb onto the bed from one side as the other side was pushed against the window.

Yes the shared kitchen and eating area is great, but it is hard to keep it clean the whole time. I only see dish detergent but no cleaning product for the counters and tables. I did not see paper towels. The room is not great but very basic. It is close enough to the airport with a grocery store and strip mall so the convenience makes me going back.
