The man at reception upon my arrival was surley, did not get into my room till 3pm, check in is 2m, I was early at 1pm, so ok, I will have a beer and lunch while wait. But they say thay have Speights beer on tap on the website, but they dont, plus the prices for food are well out of date. Not very good. Rest of stay was good, but I ate and drank elsewhere.

This hotel is right in the city centre and close to all the shops. The room was not large but storage space under the bed means all luggage can be stowed there. Tiny bathroom but very good shower. Would definitely stay here again.

I checked in late between 9.30-10.00pm, went to hop in the bed and pull the blanket back, only to find out the bed look slept in. The sheets were muffled and not tucked in correctly. I felt like I was in someone's room which made the whole experience feel dirty. So disappointed. The only reason for not giving one star was because of how quickly the staff rectified the situation and placed me in a different room. Sad really ....

Convenient central location on Cashel street, close to restaurants, shopping, tourist attractions. Rooms are small but comfortable with everything you need for a comfortable rest. Good breakfast! Staff are friendly and accommodating, however will only allow you stay past 10am if you agree to pay an hourly rate for each hour you stay past 10am.
