Reception very attentive staff, friendly and helpful. Restaurant for dinner was very busy and a bit more service training could be done. Waiting staff should be allocated tables to look after from ordering to finish, saves orders going missing but overall food and wine were good. Walking distance to airport so much better than catching a shuttle.

The staff were professional but not overly friendly / welcoming at reception. But we had a few interactions with other service staff and they couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. We experienced a problem with the air conditioning and that was sorted well, and room service sourced/put together an ice pack for us after a niggling injury flared. It’s a good option and very convenient to the airport.

Large room with comfortable king size bed. Aeroplane noise is a problem. Ear plugs should be supplied. A blanket as well as a duvet would help overcome “overheating” from a combination of the duvet and air-conditioning. Staff were excellent as was the restaurant facility.
