Everything was great, except at check in I had problems starting the electricity in the room because there was not enough personel when I arrived after 11 pm I had to go down again and request help, someone came and he solved my problem! I also had problem with the wifi, the Guest wifi wouldn't work The rest was very good: confort, very clean and breakfast was great with a big variety of good quality food

The hotel was fabulous and clean. Great sized beds only downfall was the bad water pressure in the shower and our shower head kept sliding down the pole. Great bar for drinks and food.

The staff were great, the room and services offered were excellent. The only area for improvement is the drinking-water process, other than the bathroom basin there is no drinking water supply. You have to go out to the elevators on your floor to refill water yourself, or call room service and pay $12 per litre (reference: room service menu). The round trip from our room—located at the far end of the building—to the dispenser took nearly five minutes, and the jugs provided only held one litre.
