Worst hotel around and booking company

I wasn’t given the room i ordered. I ordered a room with two double beds for 4 people. I was given a room with one king size bed and when I went down I was told to bad I couldn’t get an exchange on my room. Even though I showed the front desk proof of my receipt

More affordable than many other properties but you get what you pay for. We booked for 4 adults but there were 2 facecloths, 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel. We were there for two nights but there was only one roll of toilet paper, so we ran out. It wasn’t super clean, but not disgusting. No elevator, so not suitable if you are on the the second floor if you have mobility issues. I wouldn’t stay there again.

For almost $300 a night it definitely is not worth the money at all. There was about 4-5 layers of toilet paper and no spare rolls anywhere! We just bought a roll while we were out. The bed was very uncomfortable and the 3 1/2 pillows (3 full ones and a half of one literally) were like trying to sleep on a beach ball. The were onlytwo towels for the shower and they were the size of a pillow case! Barely any soap( two “bars” the size of a movie ticket). I’m honestly not one of those people that complain a lot and am a firm believer in getting what you pay for but for the price,this was definitely a bad experience

Although my room was clean, the hallways and stairways were filthy. I was charged an extra fee for what I was told was for fire and flood insurance - later it was explained that this was required because of the safes in the room - and that it would be refunded after I checked out. I'm still not sure if it was. My key card stopped working more than once and I was told that management was aware of the problem and were working on a solution. I would not stay here again.

I had never stayed in a red roof Inn so didn’t really know what to expect. The exterior wasn’t too bad other than a car parked right outside the office that looks like it’s been there for three or four months. The gentleman who worked at the front desk was super nice so that was a plus, but then the hallways and some of the other common areas were a little dirty and definitely needed some cleaning. The room itself was pretty spacious and clean although the chair and some of the other areas were extremely worn and dated. The room was pretty cheap so you get what you pay for but in general it is tough to say the hotel is nice. Service was quite friendly, but the property itself is very rundown and not that well taken care of.

We will not be staying at this hotel again. The person at check in was fine, but the lobby reeked of cigarette smoke (smoke free facility??). We also overheard him say they had one housekeeper for the entire hotel. Our room had no shampoo or soap- we needed to request at the front desk. Our first morning, the hair dryer literally started on fire. The outside is unkept. Unfortunalely money wasted, we will not stay here again.
