The gentleman that was working afternoon/evening was wonderful. The false advertisement of a hot tub, lack of operating ice machines, poor choice of vending machines, the “jet tub” that was the size of a regular tub, the shower water running through the shower walls and all over the floor, and that’s just a few as to why we will not be choosing Comfort “Suites” again. The pictures on the site ARE NOT even remotely accurate!

One major complaint I have is with respect to their claiming airport shuttle. I moved new to this town and landed late in the night. I booked this hotel because of their claim of airport shuttle. I come to know on my day of travel on my courtesy call to let them know that I would be coming in late for checkin and and only when I gave them my flight arrival time for shuttle, they say shuttle isn’t available after 7 pm! We have stayed in many states in comfort suites but this was the first one we had this experience. I would not have booked in this hotel if airport shuttle wasn’t available. Anywhere else, the choice hotels have provided airport shuttle anytime.
