Though outdated, rooms was very clean, only down fall was they state they offer a fitness center, which everything that was in the fitness center was broke, other than good stay. Breakfast was good too

During my three night stay, the staff were helpful each time I returned to the hotel and was required to request a new card because the room door would not take my key. Now thankfully I was near the front desk or I may have fallen into madness taking the elevator up and down to request access to my room.

Dirty carpet in the hallway that bubbled up. Dirty stained carpet in the room. Massive gap at the bottom of the door that you could see out into the hallway through. TV didn't work. Deadbolt wouldn't latch. You could hear every noise from hallway/other rooms. And a cockroach came out of the vent.

Horrible experience and stay there. TV was leaning, about to fall down. Heater wasn't working good, blowing out cool air. Bathroom sink and tub was stopped up access panel wasn'tclosed properly. Bad stay. I requested a refund, made staff aware of the conditions, was told it'll be ok. Rm 107.

The staff was helpful.the condition of the building it self was a lil sketch.but I had a hard time hooking up my ps5 also connecting to the wifi. The pool malfunctioned and the kids weren't able to swim which is one of the main reasons we came. The breakfast was pretty good tho many options

When I checked in I was given an unclean room. Bed wasn’t made, towels were around the room. They were kind at the front desk to walk with me to a new one, but there was a sink and bathtub across from my bed that kept dripping loudly throughout the night. Smelled like marijuana in the room. Would not recommend this property.
