Not one housekeeper came to change the sheets, clean the room the pillow needed to be thrown out. There were cigarette hose in the linens, comforter coffee maker did not work was broken. I had to kill bugs. The pictures look nice, but it doesn’t do justice to the way the room is when you see it in person.

I’ve never left a hotel mid-stay until now. Literally just walked out. Kids fighting in the parking lot when I arrived. Entire place reeked of cigarettes. Walked into my room to a smell that nearly made me vomit. At this point it was midnight and I was so tired I convinced myself to just go to sleep. Next morning in light of day I saw how dirty everything was. Was going to the front desk to tell them I was leaving a day early but loud, angry shouting from the direction of the front desk had me just walk out a side door and leave.

This hotel is disgusting! The hallway reeks cigarette/smoke, the carpets seriously need to be replaced, the rooms have roaches, and you have to cover your nose in the elevator because it smells so bad. In addition to the lack of cleanliness, the police are at this property on a daily basis, due to drug addicts and people with mental health issues arguing, causing disturbances, and the lack of professionalism on behalf of the staff that works there. This was the absolute WORST hotel experience I’ve ever had and this place should be SHUT DOWN!

They tried to cancel my reservation 4 minutes before we check in, saying there was no rooms even though I had a reservation. Room was dirty and small with a window that didn’t lock and the bed was covered in roaches. There were roaches everywhere and the manager told me this morning that they knew they had a roach problem. Wow. Never again will I stay here.

I had difficulty finding it because GPS took me to the next door Motel 6. It was confusing to know where to park and how to access my room. I wasn't comfortable as a solo female traveler returning to the place late after a concert. It seemed more a place for long term stays than an overnight.
