Room was clean but had a bit of a smell to it. Bed was a bit firm for me personally. Staff the man that checked us in was very short with us and seemed to want to be anywhere but there helping us. I was asked for a card to put a $20 hold on in case of damages which I gave him. Upon check out I noticed a 100.75 charge along with the $20 I waited to see if they would both fall off after the hold time. When the $100.75 did not I called the location to see why I was charged for the room a second time to which the lady that answered hung up on me. I promptly called back she never apologized for hanging up on me and was very short and rude. She did remove the second room charge but I do not think I would ever stay at this location again.

Room had bugs which seem to be probably garden pests however, I wasn’t happy & the hotel management DID NOT offer a discount off the full price that I paid for my multi-nights. Even a 10% - 20% discount would have been fair & appreciated.

This is a large hotel with plenty of meeting rooms and common space, which was convenient. The room itself was clean and comfortable. However, my first impression was negative because I had to walk through an area on the fourth floor where guests appeared to be smoking indoors. Fortunately, the smell was much less noticeable by the time I reached my room. The ice machine was not conveniently located, and I was directed to ask the kitchen for ice, which was incovvenient, so I decided to do without. Overall, I was only staying a few hours to get some rest, so the accommodations were adequate for my needs.
