Plugged shower

The room looked nice but the bathroom was dirty, the shower collected water like 20 seconds after it was turned on and was gross looking. I went to the front desk and they said they would send someone and no one came so I went back again and told a different person and he came and tried to unclog but couldn’t so poured draino down and said I couldn’t shower for 2 hours it was 10:30 at night. Waited and it still didn’t help!! No offer to shower in another room or change rooms mind you we paid $215 for this room.

The hotel is somewhat tired in places but having said that the room / bathroom were clean and tidy. Breakfast was continental style but with some hot offerings inc waffles. Sadly some guests left the breakfast area somewhat messy - this was no fault of the hotel staff. Would I stay again? Probably if in the area.
