SoHo hotels with parking

The heat in the room stopped working in the night. The front desk were eventually able to send someone up. It worked for a short time before shutting down again. I was freezing and got very little sleep. I wasn't able to be productive at the business trade show that I was in town for. I checked out early and headed home. A pretty wasted trip. The staff were nice.

Love it and can't wait to stay again .

Very friendly staff.

I stay here a lot because of proximity to Penn Station and generally good prices. On this stay the prices jumped up 3x mid stay. The property itself, while having a classic grand and very buzzy/crowded lobby, has a rundown feel in the room area. The hall carpets are worn and taped, the rooms cramped and old-feeling. No room fridge or coffee maker, tiny closet and substandard plumbing that's noisy at night and with very erratic water temperature. In a neighborhood that's both mobbed with tourists and full of aggressive homeless.

Staff were friendly enough but my room wasn’t the cleanest. Attention to detail was missed with marks and sellotape all over the door and a discoloured toilet seat and weak shower. The bed was clean, however, I did have to request the sheets to be changed by the 4th night.

Hotel was clean and centrally located rooms were very small but adequate Breakfast was typical of hotel breakfasts. Good experience
