Everything was fine but just fine. The Soho Grand has such a reputation as “The place to stay in NYC” but I found it old and dated. It could a refresh. Just at the price point it charges, I expected it to be much nicer. Wouldn’t stay here again unless was a significantly lower price point.

Loved my stay at this Soho hotel. The vibe was relaxed but stylish, and the location couldn’t be better—right in the middle of everything. The room was super comfortable, and the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. It felt like a little pocket of calm in the middle of NYC. Would definitely stay again.
