Room was okay, staff were nice. The adjoining restaurant charged my son a ten dollar deposit to take a bowl to his room after he ordered food. They said they have no connection to the hotel, but offered room charges. That was a bizarrely inhospitable situation for a restaurant that largely serves hotel guests.

Great breakfast in the restaurant downstairs. Easy walk to slopes, convenient ski lockers. A fine choice for staying at Snowmass!

The hotel has to be 60 years old We where in room 511 the heat was not working It was 62 for the first two days , they gave us a small electric heater that jumped the breaker several times , the floor felt damp I believe it had a pipe busted I. The slab . The maintenance guy mentioned the boiler had problems

Restaurant was great, room was nice. All of the staff were wonderful. Parking is a disaster. It might have just been crowded when we were there but don't believe the pictures online. The lot is across the street and packed!

The front desk staff were not overly attentive. One younger girl in particular didn’t worry about the coffee in the lobby. Nor did she help you unless you made a point to get her attention. I had to go to the restaurant to get help understanding the free shuttle. The people at the restaurant Heathers were great.

The place is in a great location. But I would like the front desk personal to be a little more friendly and would like them to pay attention when checking in. They gave our room to another person, after we have checked. So at 1 am someone was trying to get into our room. We had to get our key reset and they gave zeros to what had happen.
