Welcome to your cozy hideaway in Snowmass! This studio condo is located on the top floor of the main Timberline Lodge building with easy access to ski slopes and the onsite restaurant, The Edge. Enjoy views from the private balcony across Fanny Hill to the aspen forests beyond. This studio outfitted with an efficiency kitchen provides a great home base for your Snowmass adventures!

The first thing you'll notice when stepping into Unit 318 is the view that streams in through the full wall of glass doors. Facing the east, you'll enjoy beautiful light across the terrain in the mornings as the day comes to life. Watch the first skiers as they make their way down Fanny Hill or be the first to hit the slopes yourself from this convenient location!

This well-appointed studio provides everything needed for a mountain getaway. A comfortable couch is situated near the glass doors, perfect for soaking in the outdoor views. You'll also find a flatscreen TV for leisurely moments of downtime as you soak up the relaxed pace of life on vacation. Put your feet up on the coffee table and relax in this restful space, which is tastefully decorated in neutral colors. The studio is light and bright, with whitewashed wooden beam ceilings, plenty of natural light during the day, and recessed and track lighting to create a relaxing ambiance in the evenings.

This studio is well-suited for 1-3 travelers. The queen bed is outfitted with high-quality linens, and you'll find yourself quickly drifting off to sleep after a full day of adventuring. Timberline has No Elevators; please ask if help is needed with luggage. No A/C but has floor fans to keep cool. No pets are allowed as other guests could be allergic.
There is a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers in 2 different locations at Timberline, but no in-unit machines.

​​​​​​​This condo is professionally managed by the Timberline Condominiums Association. The front desk staff will greet you upon arrival and check you in. They will be your main contact during your stay. Bell staff is available to pick you up from the Aspen/Snowmass Airport and take you around the Village. Limited housekeeping is included. Parking is available across the road for a daily fee in the winter ski season (Thanksgiving - Snowmass Mountain Closing Day) and it is currently free during summer. The Edge Restaurant and Bar is on-site during peak season for dinner.
