The front desk customer service person was wonderful. My husband has a hard time walking too far so she changed our room from the third floor to first floor very easily and was very accommodating and helping me get the right room. I would spend another night there again when I go back to Sioux Falls.

Bath room was almost non existent. Very small. Breakfast was terrible. Had to make your own waffles. Cold cereal. Biscuits for biscuits and gravy were hard as a rock. No eggs or sausage or bacon. No taste to the coffee. For a Wyndham property it SUCKED. Very disappointed. Not worth the price. I feel I was ripped off.

I recommend everybody pulled the sheets off before you sleep in that bed. Yellow pee, stains all over the sheets, brown and yellow stains and blood stains on the pillows. I got a non-smoking room and there was cigarette burns in the curtains garbage all over the floor I ended up sleeping in the chair because the bed was disgusting. Let the staff know and they told me it’s the booking agencies problem. I have pictures. The place was disgusting and there’s nothing but crackheads walking around all night long.

The bathroom tub/shower needs replaced, there was a large hole in the tub that was "repaired" with shipping tape. The vanity was updated at one point in time by painting the counter and sink and it's since worn away and looks ugly and cheap.

The front desk lady was amazing. It is right by the freeway so i did notice a lot of noise from cars entering the freeway but once i fell asleep it didnt bother me.
