I made a reservation through Expedia a few hours before we were going to be passing through. The hotel looked awesome from the pictures. When we got there, it was in a weird industrial area with bad roads. There was no signage on the hotel itself. When we entered the lobby to check in and the front desk person was rude. It was around 6pm, so not sure what the problem was. We were yelled at the next morning when we tried to get breakfast at 8:30am. The woman in charge of service was kicking everyone out because "breakfast ends at 9." The whole time we were at the hotel we like we were putting them out. The only bright side: the cleaning staff that we met on our way out the next morning was great, very courteous and warm.
