I chose this hotel, out of many options, based on reviews. We were very disappointed. The pool and hot tub were dirty and looked like someone had thrown up in the hot tub and there was obvious hair floating around. The front desk staff at check-in were rude and the manager was very rude at check-out.

The room was lovely and clean. I had requested a top floor away from the highway and got put on 3rd floor facing the traffic. I’m a light sleeper so the overhead noise is an issue. The coffee maker in the room was missing a part so I couldn’t make coffee in my room. Over all my stay was enjoyable and I will be returning once again to stay here.

Great location and very friendly staff.

Overall its a nice place. We have just a few small complaints. 1. Our toilet leaked but notifiec staff and it was fixed immediately. 2. Wife and I tried using the hot tub but we literally got chased off by young kids with no adult supervision. I should've said something but we just left. They were rude, and extremely obnoxious. 3. The breakfast could use some help. Very, very limited basic choices. Overall its a nice place accessible to the interstate and would stay again.
