Location is excellent, staff were friendly and helpful. However the rooms we stayed in were too small, we were overseas travelers so we have 2 big luggage’s with us. Other than that it was a positive experience.

Room is clean and nice looking, a little small but still great. Staff is great as well. However my biggest complain is that it is so hard to sleep at night and morning because of how loud it is outside you can hear everything. Definitely consider this when booking it was extremely loud. There was a garbage truck at 2am right outside being super loud! And it went on for a good 25 minutes I don’t know how this is allowed honestly.

Rooms were clean and love the rain shower. Hot water is always good Staff are friendly. Check in and out was efficient. Housekeeping was everyday but could be every other day for environmental friendly. Just a block from all restaurants and souvenirs stores. Metro just a block away as also a shopping mall. Walkable to attractions.

Really nice hotel in a great location. It's a short walk to multiple MRT (underground) stations and tonnes of food variety and bars. We stayed on the second floor and the street noise was loud, mainly due to our window not having glass, would have been 10/10 with some noise minimisation. We slept with earplugs and it was fine.
