A lovely place to stay, staff cannot do enough for you, spacious rooms and of a high standard. Breakfasts lovely, variety European / Asian / English . Would giggly recommend stay and in walking distance to most markets and water front or taxis if required

We enjoyed the Chinese market, the beautiful pool, and the room!! All were excellent! Was close to grocery, for us to buy fruit and yogurt for breakfast!! The price was reasonable !

Lovely hotel in a great location

Excellent four day stay. Hotel is conveniently located to lots of shops and restaurants. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Large bathroom that’s very clean with ample hot water and good pressure. Breakfast buffet is superb. So much variety. There’s something for everyone. Great service except for one older short lady who yelled at me for getting a coffee mug to get water. It was kind of embarrassing as my eyesight isn’t the best and I took one from be second shelf. I didn’t think that warranted being yelled at as nothing was harmed. Even another staff member apologized and was embarrassed with me. Other than one incident, everything else was excellent. I’d definitely stay here again.

Paying for the location, nothing more.

For the price you pay for this hotel, I expected a bit more in terms of extras—at the very least, free bottled water in the fridge. Don't expect any bells and whistles; the hotel is very basic, and you're essentially paying for the location, nothing more.

Good location

Our hotel reservations got messed up. Called their number 11 times and they only answered twice. The perso. Screwed up the reservations worse and double booked us. Their custo.er service is horrible. Once there, location was great. The Concierge was extremely helpful. Housekeeping was bad. When we got there, no hand towels and had to use bath towels for everything. They cleaned the next day. No hand towels. Had to request. The next day i set the light for cleaning at 11 am. 6 hours later, they never cleaned. Concierge desk was only good thing when it came to service. Would i stay here again? Probably not.

The hotel is clean and the people working here in this hotel are kind. Bus and train are nearby, very accessible. For sure I will stay here again when I return to Singapore
