Had a great experience from start to finish. I emailed ahead to ask if there was somewhere to put my bags on the last day after check out and until my flight. Nothing was too much trouble. Not only did they look after my stuff until my flight they gave me access to a shower to freshen up too. After a few hours wandering around so close to the equator, in summer, this was greatly appreciated.
The staff were super helpful. When I arrived I asked a question. The guys at reception sent me to my room as it was late and said they would call with the answer. They rang pretty much as soon as I walked in the room. After a gruelling flight that kind of thoughtfulness was a breath of fresh air.
The room was absolutely spotless. As was the rest of the hotel and let’s be honest, the rest of the city. The room was massive with a view out to sea.
M Hotel wasn’t the cheapest and I booked because I had read good things. Well worth the extra few quid. Very conveniently located for whatever you want to see in the city. If I return to Singapore this would be top of my list of places to stay.
