Great location, clean room. It’s inside the Funan shopping mall that has the underground tunnel connecting to the city hall MRT station. Super convenient. The room is very compact but perfect for a short stay

At first I thought it was a bit youth-hostel-ish, but I really came to like my room. It was quirky and pretty cute. I liked the rainfall shower head, and having the shower and toilet closed off from the sink meant that one person didn't have to wait for the bathroom while the other showered, and also that the mirror didn't fog up (which is usually really annoying). The free breakfast was cute (even though I didn't get the chance to really have some) and the communal kitchen was a really interesting touch i havent seen in other hotels. My only real want was that i think the room could have had a mini-fridge, mainly just so we could have cold water. I also would have liked the room to have a few tea-bags or something already in it, but it was easy enough to grab them from the communal kitchen. I was also a bit dissapointed i didnt get much of a view from our room, but the beds and the room itself was very comfortable. Also those chalk boards were really cute lol.

Excellent location, close to the train, easy access from the airport and other tourist spots. If the room is close to Hill Rd, it will be a bit noisy as there is a fire station across the road. Great stay at Lyf Funan.

Not bad experience, no benefits enjoyed

I had platinum card at ASR, but because I booked from hotels.com, I cannot enjoy any benefit, which is quite disappointing. During my stay, there was a property show reserved in the common area, which is not convenient for me. This hotel does not have swimming pool, and the gym is very very limited. The good thing is that it is in good location and offer free breakfast buffet during weekday mornings.

Lyf is a funky and functional hotel. Has everything you need with really well designed staff. Great social spaces, easy access to food options, touristy things, and a short walk (underground) from City Hall MRT. Definitely would stay here again!

Very clean, great amenities. The large shelf around the bed made it hard to get in and out of, and a mini fridge in the room would be helpful. They have shared mini fridges on the floor but in-room would be preferred. The location is great, right inside funan mall. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast for members on weekdays was good. I love the decor in the halls.

Ceci n’est clairement pas un hotel, au mieux une auberge de jeunesse améliorée. Le lieu est dans un centre commercial, tout est sombre et insipide, complètement déprimant. Les chambres sont sans intérêt, les parties communes sont quasiment sans lumière naturelle. Le lieu est surtout fréquenté et à destination des jeunes qui voyagent en sac à dos, ou des jeunes travailleurs sans trop de moyen. Bref si vous cherchez un hotel passez votre chemin, vous trouverez mieux au même prix dans les environs.

Great Family Stay in Singapore.

Womderful hotel that is central to all the major points you’ll want to see while in Singapore (Merlion, Raffles, Boat Quay, Marina Bay, Gardens by the Bay) 5 minute walk to metro station (outside or via underground pedways). Great for families- we were a family of 13 and stayed in 3 of the 4 bedroom apartment/rooms.
