Noisey. Could hear the doors banging throughout the hallway and the noisy roads constantly. Suggest better noise reduction within the rooms and a soft door shutter. Location-wise, it's great.

Great hotel, albeit with tiny rooms, and very close to Clarke Quay. Great staff. It’s a 20 minute walk from the yummy Satay Street (See photos)

Very convenient location to the subway and a large mall with shops and restaurants. Walkable to the restaurants on Singapore River, the light show on the Marina Bay, and other city attractions. The staff at the hotel were always friendly and helpful and quick to assist with any requests. We would stay there again!

The front of house staff at this hotel really make it, they were exceptional!! The hotel itself was clean and in a very good position with plenty of restaurants, bars, shopping, transport etc nearby. The rooms and bathrooms though, really are extremely small. You will need to balance if paying extra money is worth extra space and comfort in a different hotel for you. We only had 1 night and an overnight bag, but would pay more next time as we felt a little claustrophobic.

My new regular in Singapore

Very helpful staff (Amirah and Simon) helped swap around my room to give early check in (so needed it after a long haul flight), and also gave me one hour late checkout at no cost. Room was as you would expect for Ibis Budget, not overly fancy, but comfortable and had what you need. Perfect location opposite the MTR and around the corner from Boat Quay, 10 minute walk to China Town

This hotel is certainly on the cheaper side of hotel options in Singapore but it has everything you need. There is a restaurant next door for a quick bite to eat or just a 5 minute walk to Clarke quay for lots more options. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Simon & Jess. The only downside is the size of the room which was fine as a single traveller but for a couple, it may be very tight. Overall highly recommend this hotel
