Well placed - near Chinatown and Clarke Quay. MRT stations nearby. Great value for what you get, excellent base to explore Singapore from. Not a lot to do within the property but all the basics are catered for in the Lobby (work space, food, etc). Spacious rooms and close to anything else you'd want. One of my preferred places when in Singapore!

Staff were so helpful and friendly on every interaction. Although the room is slightly old, it was clean and perfect for a 4 night stay. Comfy bed. Shower pressure was incredible. Amazing location- so great for someone who enjoys walking but also very conventiently located between two MRT stations. Would highly recommend.

We arrived at 3pm and were told that our rooms were not ready even though check-in was meant to be at 2pm. We then returned at 5pm and we told that rooms were still not ready but they could put us in different rooms, we were too tired from multiple flights to argue and accepted. The rooms were very dated and full of mould, bedsheets and towels smelled musky and were damp. We had a pair of shoes in a cardboard box and the box literally turned into wet cardboard and started falling apart after 2 hour in the room. There was one tiny window in each room looking inside the hotel with no natural light at all. Air-conditioning was also extremely loud in every room so beware of you are a light sleeper. We spent one night and asked to be moved the next day. New rooms were a bit better but certainly not what you would expect from 4-star Breakfast buffet was also disappointing. The restaurant is very dated just like the rest of the hotel and definitely under-staffed. Food and drinks selection is very limited and the quality is very mediocre. Some stations are empty waiting to be refilled while others (i.e. omelette) have long queues while poor staff trying to keep up. The rest of the facilities like swimming pool, lifts etc are just as bad. This is honestly the worst hotel we've ever stayed at (and we've stayed happily at other Furama hotels across the world). The only positives are the location and staff who are trying to do their best given the atrocious state of this establishment.

Great location, close to metro, spacious room. Great security because you need your hotel key to access floor. I was able to get a bag of ice for my knees from the restaurant. Definitely would stay here again.

The room was musty and smelt of sewerage each time the toilet was flushed. The toilet bowl water seal was not functiong as it should. The door separating the bedroom from the toilet/shower was like a glass shower door with large gaps at the bottom and top of the door making it easy for odours to permeate into the bedroom. Also the wait time for a lift in the morning could take over 15 minutes. On the positive side: great staff and great location.

The Hotel is undergoing renovations. This wasn't advertised before we booked. Our room was one of the rooms not renovated yet, it was very dated with mould in the bathroom. Two out of the four lifts didn't work properly. It was however a very convenient location to the shops across the road.
