Enjoyed a 4 night stay here in late January. It was good value, we booked a Deluxe room and it is as you would expect, clean and decent size but nothing special. I enjoyed using the pool and outdoor gym in the morning, they were never busy. Rooftop bar is ok - good view but the drinks are quite expensive, around 20SGD for a beer.

Convenient location close to China Town. Nice, accommodating staff. Clean room, comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet has good amount of food variety. Not sure if the hotel is rated 4 stars or 5 stars, but should be at least 4 stars.

Really enjoyed my stay at the Carlton City Hotel Singapore. The staff provided outstanding service and were especially helpful and attentive to my needs and questions about city attractions and transportation! Additionally, I was extremely touched by the thoughtfulness of the staff and their attention to detail. The members of the cleaning staff were always extremely kind and courteous whenever I saw them in the morning.
