Great location next to Chinatown with lots of options for eating. Public transport was really convenient and close. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was fantastic. Enjoyed swimming in the pool great views from the top of the building. The only thing I would like more hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes.

Room was spotless and very cool layout (seperated shower + toilet which is great when I like to sit on the toilet). Cool rooftop pool with connected gym. Staff was very nice & accommodating for our honeymoon. Nothing bad to say about this place. Also EXCELLENT location. Highly recommend

Location was handy to Chinatown and a couple of HOHO bus stops. Reception was understated and not particularly welcoming. Room was as described, view was disappointing. Pool area underwhelming - while you could take a dip, you couldn’t take drinks.

This is not a luxury 5 star hotel. It is a very clean, nicely appointed, very contemporary serviced apartment complex that offers breakfast. I arrived at 11:30pm to check in only to find that ‘room service’ had finished at 9:30pm. In fact room service is just take out service from a Japanese restaurant with an extremely limited menu. I had to take pot my chances wandering the alleys of Chinatown at midnight which was extremely slim pickings. Fun perhaps but hardly what i needed after an international flight. Having said that, it IS nicely appointed and with a friendly concierge desk. You just need to know what you’re in for.
