Second stay here

On arrival met by a lovely lady who sorted our rooms. The rooms were clean and spacious and the communal areas were clean and well maintain. Location is perfect for the MRT but you can also walk to the marina bay area. They have a large toilet room with a sink they ket you ise to freshen up if you have to check out way before your flight anf also store your bags for you. My only complaint it that the aircon is quite weak, once its been on an hour or so its fine but when youre boiling and sweaty you want a quicker cool down.

Nice little hotel right in Chinatown. Close to the MRT station and we used it to get to the airport when we left. Easily walkable to many restaurants. We were there at Chinese new year so the area was a little crowded. It was about a 25 - 30 minute walk to the Gardens by the Bay park and about 15 minutes to Clark Quay. Reasonably priced for Singapore.

Good value hotel. Rooms were small but fine. Staff very helpful, let is shower as early morning arrival and rooms were not ready After a long flight this was welcomed. Location is in easy walking distance of most sites, and MRT is opposite and easy to use. Food at Maxwell centre is 10 minutes walk and great value and quality

The bathroom wasn't that great with no separation between the shower trickling all around the shower and toilet area. It was wet all around the floor. Could use improving with separating the shower and toilet to prevent water leaking everywhere

All hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Since there were no wardrobe cupboard to hang clothes, there should be wall hooks around the room and bathroom to hang clothes, i.e. have at least 2 more hooks on the wall behind the entrance door!. the clothes rack & hangers should not be on top of the small counter where you house the kettle & cups.

We booked a room for 2 adults and 1 child and found we had a king size bed. We were told we could have an extra bed for $50 a night. The water from the shower leaked into the bathroom, due to poor design and the bath had a leak. Further, our room was on the 5th floor. We needed to catch a lift to the 4th floor then take the stairs with our heavy luggage to get to the 5th floor. Never again.
