Do not stay at this hotel. We stayed one night. When we woke up in the morning the toilet was not working. We called the front desk and they said they would “put in a ticket.” It was not addressed before we left and we had to get ready at a local business that had a bathroom.when I asked for a refund they agreed. They charged my card anyway and later refused a refund. The hotel was also not very clean. The only positive thing I can say is that the sheets were clean.

We didn't even stay the first night. There was an obvious smell of a *smoked substance* that hit me in the face when I walked into the main lobby to check in. Then they told me that I would have to pay an additional nightly fee for 1 of my children because of the adult/child configuration. The room was disgusting, and my son said, "Dad I don't feel safe staying here." That was enough for me.

They was 3 needles in the lamp shade did not like the hotel was nothing like the phone very mis leading your pictures on the website are nothing to the location . They was a bag over the smoke detectors ! The pool was also nothing to the picture I think they should be some type of reimbursement considering you all are very misleading the refrigerator was not even cold and the beds was hard as a rock nothing new about this hotel at

If you like paying for early check in, only to wait 30 minutes for your room to be ready, this is the place for you. Loved how the bathroom door gets stuck shut and the room door needed to be kicked open every time we entered the room. The A/C was so loud I could barely hear other guests arguing.

The stay was the worst stay I have ever had. Started on Friday, I received multiple phone calls asking what time I would be checking in, when I get there they are doing remolding the rooms above the one I was in and didn't stop until 8pm. Later in in the evening I was visited by roaches and the next night the people beside me in room 137 was extremely loud all night and I got no sleep at all. 0190 wj. Vw
