I am writing to express my experience with my recent stay. 1, Hygiene Concerns: Upon arriving at my room, I found animal waste on the floor directly in front of my door. This is completely unacceptable for a professional lodging establishment and raises serious concerns about your cleaning protocols. 2, Unreliable Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi signal was incredibly weak and unstable. For anyone relying on a consistent connection for work, the current setup is non-functional.

For the price accommodations was good. Good location and clean. Breakfast was basically some bagels, toast, cereal. Oatmeal. Some donuts and coffee, tea. Saw milk for cereal. Not sure if juice was present as I drank the coffee.
