Best Western? More like Worst Western. The pictures on Expedia are a far cry from what the property actually looks like. The shower curtain was too short and blew free the entire shower and I had to stuff a wash rag in the tub drain to keep it open. The walls must be super thin because we were awoken to the sound of our neighbor’s springs squeaking as the enjoyed each others company on two occasions in the middle of the night. Added to the inability to block the millions of lumins entering our window from the security lights through our blinds. Don’t waste your time here if you are looking for a place to rest.

We have always enjoyed staying at Best Westerns but this time not so much. I woke up before dawn in pain. I could not get comfortable. The mattress in room 106 definitely needs to be replaced.

All Around Amazing

The room was really clean and updated. The breakfast was amazing. The breakfast hostess/server was the best. We will definitely be back the next time in Joplin

Just ok

The breakfast was good and the service at breakfast was great! The rest of the stay was ok at best. The bed made noise everytime you moved and was very uncomfortable. Hot water was almost non-existent. Wasnt the worst place ive stayed, but below average.

After many hours of driving I was met with a smile and friendly tone at the front reception desk. Sydney quickly got my room info together and provided a map to my room. She got me a room on the main level that was very convenient where I could load and unload the car w ease. The property offers comfort and great value. It’s everything that I needed. Thank you.!!
