If there was anything worse than terrible I would have chosen that. I have never seen so many roaches in one place my entire life. It took 3 days to even get clean towels. Went to the office and the lady at the desk said that the staff had left for the day and she couldn’t help us. We tried to find another place to stay but the event we were attending was from 530am till 6pm so the only contact we had was with the night staff and they kept telling us that the staff was gone and there was nothing they could do but would let the day staff know what was going on. Finally on the 4th day we got off early and we found clean towels tied to the door handle on the outside of the room but never cleaned the room or did anything about the roaches so my son went to the office and the lady at the desk started screaming at him when he tried to tell her what had been going on all week during our stay. She told him there were no roaches because they treat every week (which had to be a fabrication). When I say the place was a total mess is an understatement. The shower curtain rod was hanging down, holes in the walls and plain dirty. We finally had enough and didn’t even stay for the rest of our reservation days. We asked for a refund and even called the corporate office and they refused so all I can say is don’t even consider staying at that place.

Very disappointed. The room smells bad and feels unclean. There are bugs in the microwave, the ceiling and walls are damaged, and the blanket has burn holes. Not worth the money.

Dirty looking towels. Bath tub peeling paint. Takes 5 to 10 minutes to get hot water. Bed sheets were stained. At 4 am construction started outside the room with a concrete pump and generator.
