I will start off by saying we will stay there again- we really like the Horseshoe- our views were stunning but the issue we had was with the bathroom…the tub didn’t drain and neither did the sink and the floor was sticky. Other than that our stay was good just extremely disappointed by the bathroom.

When you walk in, you are greeted with a wonderful smell throughout the hotel area. Beautifully decorated. Staff is nice and helpful. Downside- food places close early during the week, also reserved a room with walk in shower but given a room with tub, that had hair in it. Rest of the room was nice and clean and the river view was beautiful at night. Plumbing makes a weird loud noise when turned on sometimes.

Good but needs tweaking.

Rooms were very comfortable and shower was excellent. The second room that I booked under Bob Kelsey had coffee on the desk, but no coffee maker in the room. And there was no garbage pail in the bathroom.

Check in started at 4 pm. We got to the hotel at 7:30pm and people were all crowded the lobby because their rooms weren’t ready. They kept blaming it on housekeeping, but it was ridiculous. They offered to put us in a different room, but no comp or nothing and we needed to pay full price for their downgraded room because their housekeeping was behind. No thanks. Will not return.

No towels for second night.

We stayed 2 nights. After the first night, housekeeping failed to make the bed or replace dirty towels left on the floor of the bathroom. They only emptied 2 small trash cans. We called housekeeping that night and they brought us clean towels. The staff was very polite and cordial. Over all we had a good stay, but was disappointed with the lack of housekeeping.
