Rooms are great, service not so much

The rooms are spacious, the tub is giant. The beds were comfortable. I had to check out 2 days early, Amber at the front desk said I could get a refund of those night by calling hotels.com, however, that was not true. Hotels.com has been trying to get a refund from the hotel for days without success.

The room was spacious, clean and quiet!! The restaurants on the first floor had amazing food with great service. Overall the entire staff throughout Horseshoe was phenomenal!! They are very kimd, respectful people. We will be back!!

Never refunded deposit

They never refunded my deposit for the room. I left the room in perfect condition, didn’t use any amenities, towels, or even a single sheet of toilet paper and still, a week later, no refund. Ridiculous
