Its an old renovated place. The rooms aren't updated with all the new electronics adapters to charge your electronics. It was fine.We packed our AC adapters for all our phones and pads. The rooms are big. The restrooms/bathrooms counter space is lacking room and upgrade. It's a great stay for Brookshire Grocery Arena events! We've stayed here prior and will return. I do recommend!

Room was spacious but there was no couch which was present in every previous visit to the Horseshoe. Not sure why it was taken out and just a big empty space left there with no place to sit except on the bed. I know they've been doing upgrades so maybe the room we got just wasn't finished. NIce pool that normally plays upbeat music but it wasn't working on our second day. Worker apologized but it still took away from the experience.

Our room was on the 24th floor. It had been recently renovated and was clean. The bed was comfortable however, in a first for me in a hotel, the sheets were worn out and had several small holes in various spots. Someone in housekeeping is not paying attention to detail. The check-in personal were professional and efficient. Some light band music could be heard and a very light cigarette smoke smell in my unsmoking room, but not bad.
