I reserved two king bed rooms and when I arrived I was told only one king room was available and the other would be a two queen room. After heading to my room I was given a room that was already occupied by another guest and had to return to the front desk to be given another room. It took about 30 + minutes to get checked in and that does not include the 20 minutes or so for the hotel to have a valet or bell hop available at the front entrance.

The room was clean but it’s clear there was a 2nd bed taken out and nothing replaced it so the room had a big open space with only 2 chairs. There should have been a couch put into that space to make the space useable.
