The room was okay. The blankets could be a little thicker. It that is minor. And the jacuzzi was relaxing for the work I do for a living. I got peace and quiet. Now they need valet parking cause walking from garage to hotel part was excessive walking when u have to bring luggage. And I had to come to the service desk to get needs for my room. I think for what we pay we should get service to the room. It was clean and I got my rest. So a 4 is good

The morning staff was very friendly, but when i went to check in a few minutes after 4pm. I was told my room was over booked and i would need to move to a double bed instead of the king. Bit at no extra charge. Thanks. Then, when we got back to the room after our concert, the room was not cooling off. Maintenance came to fix it right away, at midnight. Seemed to work better at the time, but woke up a few hours later sweating. Mind you, the temp outside the building was in the 40s. I would like a refund on this stay.
