Rooms was dirty , had to wait over 2 hours for housekeeping to come clean the bathroom Furniture is worn ripped Trash was in the elevators Stains all over the chairs Pillows was smelly an linen expected more from quality inn the hostess was very rude was asking her questions and she had the attitude as if I was bothering her customer service was aweful

The room was full of mold. It was disgusting, smelled awful. I went to the front desk returned my keys and asked for a refund and explained why. It was immediately reviewed and refunded to me as quickly as possible. The hotel did not dispute the mold issues and lack of cleanliness.
