Very convenient and attractive hotel. The common areas and rooms were comfortable and stylish. Pool could be larger but wonderful to have access to one - plus the jacuzzi - and attractive indoor/outdoor lounge areas and fitness area. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were really impressed!

During our stay, the fire alarm went off at around 8am and stayed on for about 20 minutes. My issue is that, when we went to evacuate, the housekeepers were right outside our room working so I asked them if everything was ok. They said it was good and, since they weren’t leaving, we went back to our room. About 10 minutes later we went to the lobby and the fire dept was there and the staff told us to evacuate. I told them that housekeeping said it was ok (told the people in the room next to us as well). This could have potentially been a bad situation all around.

Location and parking convenient. Room clean and comfortable. Amenities included bottled water, on-site food and bar, pool and exercise room. Bath was a bit outdated (small tub with shower), but had grab bars and was clean. Hospitality service was quite good.

The hotel was very nice, however, the water in the shower never really got hot and I could never get the wifi to connect. The option to stream Netflix was on the tv but I couldn’t get it to launch.

The sheets and bathroom were clean. The heater was loaded with dust, I had to clean it to stop the burning smell. At check in the guy at the front stated he was all alone for the night due to being understaffed so there was no housekeeping to set up the sofa bed. Poor guy. He was nice enough to realize what he was saying when I told him there was no way I could sleep in a room with feathers due to my allergy and left his post to go check the room and make sure there were sheets for the pull out.
