Needs a Facelift!

The staff at the hotel was very friendly and accommodating. It was very outdated - old carpet, A/C unit was very effective and the hotel towels were on there last leg.....definitely not one of the nicer LaQuintas we have stayed at. Needs a facelift!

Have been a long time customer and can’t beat the value for the place. However during my last stay management was not aware that I was in the room and registered another guest who entered my room in the middle of the night while I was sleeping. A terrifying experience that should not have ever happened and was not able to get any sleep. There were a few other issues including remote control not working. Also had two different reservations, back to back however management would not allow me to keep the room had to check out then recheck in later during the day.

Liked the employees. Very helpful Did not like. The through the wall ac. Extremely loud. Needs to be fixed. Hard to sleep .kept waking up every time it came on. It was so loud. Also no elevator. Also no grab bars by the tub/shower.

The walls are extremely thin you could hear everything in the hallway. Dumbest thing is to have the ICE MACHINE out in the hallway so that everyone can hear when someone gets ice! Woke me up twice in the middle of the night.

The bed was really stiff , the staff is for the most part friendly, however there’s a female who is associated with the staff somehow and she is very loud and uses vulgar language in the breakfast room very early in the morning and I have seen this more than a handful of times as I’ve stayed at the laquinta at least 35 times in the last year I also believe people go into your rooms when you’re not there.

The hotel is fairly nice. However, on the first morning, we went without hot water. I told the front desk lady and she said she would look into it. Nothing. Also, the room door had light coming in all the way around it. I don't think it fit right. During check-out, I mentioned the water issue and was given a discount for one night. She was very nice.

The short blonde woman attending the breakfast dining room was extremely friendly & informative of the areas to visit. Two mix ups,1st my reservation date of checking in, so I lost the 2 bed reservation. 2nd no rollaway bed provided, I had to ask & roll cot, myself to end of the corridor. Otherwise all good...
