I usually don't give negative reviews, but I stayed at this Quality for 2 nights interacted with the GM Pooja Patel 4 times during those days and felt so disrespected, I just had to post. The room itself was average, although the handle for the sink was sticky. The breakfast a bit under average but my dealing with the GM very disappointing. The first day I thought, she was just having a bad day, but the second day and 4th dealing, when checking out, she told the customer in front of me he was "Handsome" but when I checked out, not even a "how was your stay", only, "no you can't have a receipt, you booked through a third party, you must contact them". I only stayed both nights because our cruise was 2 days away. I WILL NOT be staying there again and am rethinking my future stays at any Quality Inn.
