This is an over priced get ready to walk 3 thousand steps before breakfast just to find it. When people are older staying there to be with family but not using the facilities shouldn’t have to walk to the very end of the property. The place smelled like pot when I complanied they gasp but just gave me another room where the elevator still smelled like pot they told me it was because I used a third part to reserve so I get what I get. I won’t stay there again

Decent rooms, but terrible staff experience. We had to go a full day without showering because our five separate requests for towels were ignored. We didn’t get any linens until our final day, on the sixth attempt, and even then, they failed to bring the washcloths we requested. Being busy is no excuse for a total lack of basic service.

We had a very easy check-in. There were no additional charges outside of what I was already told. There was no additional security hold or anything. We did go to the other building to lodge, which is not inside the same building as the waterpark so next time we would probably want to stay in the exact building as the indoor pool if we went again my kids were actually ready to go after one day so we didn’t need multiple days compared to great Wolf Lodge. It was on a smaller scale for my children, but very fun park and great hotel.
