Over crowded and over booked!

Absolutely horrible the room wasnt ready, the parking was a nightmare to find a spot, then we went to check in to our room at night and they told me the wrong room number 3 times! After fooling for an hour exhausted and dirty from the water park i said forget it i have to go home and demanded a refund

2 night stay for competition

We stayed here for a 2 night stay for a cheer competition at the convention center. The distance to convention center was why we chose it. The amenities across the way were good as well. 2 things that could use improving, all the staff we interacted with seemed down and not very pleased to be working this is both at front desk and at the Starbucks location in front lobby. Not much for greetings or even a polite smile. This could’ve made a huge difference in our review. Overall hotel was fine for the stay but a bit costly for what you get

Loved that we had everything we needed right on the property. We enjoyed the indoor water park daily and used the free shuttle they offered to go back and forth. Bathrooms were a bit on the small side but i would definitely stay there again.

I wish they would have had more transportation vehicles taking the guests to the main hotel or get vehicles that could hold larger amounts of guests. 14 people per vehicle every 15 minutes was ridiculous in the weather conditions. It would also be nice to have a dedicated area that had lines so people couldn’t cut in front of you after you have waited so long for the Tram and have it in closed somehow to prevent weather conditions.

Bad stay

We requested extra blankets the first night and never received them. The door to our room didn't properly, just smiled and walked away. The fire lane/shuttle pick up area is not managed allowing guests drive through other guests waiting for the shuttle. The vending machines do work properly, when we rested the money that was lost to be returned the manager argued with us and said to call the number on the machine. There was no number on the machine. I had request her manager before she would even give a 5 dollar voucher. I have already spent almost a thousand here. I won't come back here.
