Our lake house has served as a vacation home for our family for many years. It has been used for holidays and a few weekends during the summer months so it is very clean and like new. A family room, kitchen, dining room, master bedroom and 2nd bedroom can be found on the main floor. The terrace level has a game room, bar, TV room, 3rd bedroom and bunk room. There is plenty to do from this ideal location - boating, sailing, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, fishing, hiking, biking or exploring the many State Parks nearby. Tennis and Pickleball courts are 10 minutes. Multiple golf courses within a 30-minute radius. Clemson University is 15 miles, about a 30 minute drive.

Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, which features a fireplace. A kitchen is outfitted with an oven, a stovetop, and a microwave. The bathroom with a shower/tub combination features a jetted bathtub and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a coffee/tea maker and a washing machine.
