What a beautiful, clean Hotel and Casino. Great location to Sedona and Camp Verde. The Hotel staff is super friendly and efficient. The onsite restaurants have a good selection of cuisine. The smoking area is glassed in. So no smoke in the air. Will be going back on my next visit to Sedona.

Great casino, but the hotel needs a little help.

Cleanliness was fine, but the location of the parking in relation to the front desk was confusing. When I called about parking and luggage/check-in, the attendant was not clear about options versus the valet. It was a walk for my husband, who was still healing from surgery for a broken leg. We enjoyed the casino and the buffet, but hauling luggage was difficult if you had a lot. We suggest a drive-up front lobby with parking! We also requested a late check-out, and we were told it was fine, but three people came to tell us it was not approved!

Beautiful room with amazing views. Great Friday dinner at The Storyteller. We liked the microwave oven access in the ice machine room. Hints for improvements: 1) better signage at the Front Desk, 2) improved hot water delivery to the room. It took a long time (and a lot of wasted water) to get warm water to the shower and sinks, 3) no ice bucket in the room, 4) only one tv remote to the 2 tv's (#508).
