the front desk staff and the breakfast staff were amazing and sweet. Upon arriving to the hotel it was quiet, only a few people in the lobby and it was quite clean. after leaving and coming back the hotel lobby was PACKED on both friday and Saturday night with kids running around everywhere, adluts and kids being extremely loud after 10 pm which is when quiet hours are supposed to start, people making messes of food all over the ground and it was just very rowdy. it was valentines weekend so i understood to a point but after quiet hours was really loud. the pool hours are 7-10, but after 10 pm when a giant family left the pool, a group of about 10 boys went in, using a shoe to keep the door propped open and didnt get out untill well after 11 pm. in the morning the pool opens at 7 AM so we thought that was our chance but it had not been cleaned AT ALL, there were wet towls all over the room, on every lounge chair, empty bottles and coffee cups, etc. The pool water was murkey and the hot tub was cold. Our tv did not work the first night we were there so they sent a man to come work on it and he spent about 10 minutes in the room and couldnt get it to work so he said "i have to go get the master remote to rest it ill be back in a few minutes" and then he never came back. I have understanding for all the people there because to a point the hotel cannot control guests, and it is by a ski mountain so of course familys are going to stay in the winter but it was just so much chaos.
