Room smelled like smoke. Floors dirty, walked passed a laundry room that looked flooded and stunk. Ended up going somewhere else to stay. Staff that checked us in was nice but the place looked terrible.

My main concern is the fact that last night my tv didn't work. After I asked for help, the worker just walked into my room without knocking. Then this morning at 8:30am (check out is 11) the same worker comes to my room while my wife and daughters are getting dressed and proceeds to walk in unannounced or welcomed! NEVER AGAIN

Door card reader rarely worked. Had to try key many times. Sometimes red light would come on but most times no light would come on and wouldn’t unlock. Tried both key cards and same experience so I figure the door reader is the issue. Very annoying when arms full and unable to unlock room I paid for.

Property was advertised with hot tub but there was not one. Light in the bathroom was not working. Ran out of eggs because apparently there was some delivery issue. Carpet in stairway and common areas look filthy.
